2010 BC Senior Men’s and Women’s Provincial Curling Championships

Eight teams each of qualifying men and women curlers will be competing at the Nanaimo Curling Club on January 26, 2010 for the provincial senior curling crown and the right to represent BC at the Canadian Senior Curling Championships in Ottawa at the end of March. 

Two draws per day from January 26 to 28, followed by either tie-breakers or semi-finals on Friday January 29 and finals Saturday January 30, will provide excellent games for spectators and fans.  Admission to all games is free of charge, and the public is welcome.

2009 Senior Women World Champions presented with banner at Nanaimo Curling Club

Pat and her team represented Canada at the World Championship in Dunedin, New Zealand in April 2009. The ladies were undefeated through both the round-robin and playoff rounds. We were very proud to have them at our Parallel spiel and present them with not only the banner, but also awards for Team of the Year from CurlBC. Well done ladies!
